Our Current Mission

Interdyne Corporation is an International US Government Contracting firm, founded in 1989, and headquartered in Cornelius, NC. Interdyne specializes in Facilities and Equipment Operations & Maintenance (O & M), Base Support Services, and Renovation / Construction projects for the US Government, specifically in the Middle East. We have been successfully performing US Government contracts for over 25 years. Interdyne has received nothing but “Excellent” & “Above Average” performance ratings from the US Government on all of the projects we have performed in recent years. Interdyne offers the Government the added benefit of being able to increase small business percentages, while maintaining confidence that Interdyne has a highly successful past performance record.

Many of Interdyne’s projects require executing and perfecting brand new cost-saving Government initiatives, which privatize services previously performed by the Government. In order to ensure these new initiatives are successful, Interdyne has made a practice of seeking out the most well-trained, experienced, and tailored Contract Managers to oversee the program management of each contract we perform. We set our standards high and accept nothing less than superiority from our employees and management staff. Our people are trained to listen to our customers’ concerns & needs in order to design the best possible solutions. Our employees are required to continually update their skill sets, through educational and vocational courses, to stay current with technological advancements and changes in international business practices. In remote and difficult working environments throughout the world, it is also imperative that employees have sufficient cultural knowledge of the host country in order to thrive and successfully complete projects. Before we place an individual on a challenging assignment, Interdyne evaluates and grades the candidates for the position, looking at each individual’s experience, education, and personality traits in order to match them against the customer’s requirement.

  • Overall Project Management and Base Operations Support Services.
  • Logistics & Procurement services to include CONUS shipments to OCONUS locations.
  • International Facility and Equipment Operations & Maintenance programs specifically tailored to customers’ requirements.
  • Operational and Maintenance (O&M) software that identifies, projects, tracks, and provides the history of each individual piece of equipment to include O&M cost, repairs history/cost, and spare parts needs.
  • Design and build engineering services for CONUS & OCONUS based construction projects to include repair and renovation projects.
  • Information Technology (IT) solutions to include customized reports designed to provide useful and necessary decision-making information to our customers.
  • Management trained and certified in Defense Contracting Audit Agency (DCAA) cost compliant accounting systems approved and implemented for use on U.S. government cost reimbursable contracts, tracking job cost by contract, item, and CLIN.
  • Middle East technical capabilities & operations in Egypt with full staff of highly trained engineers, technical personnel, & manpower.
  • Interdyne is also part of a consortium of companies that put together subsistence projects for the US Government from proposal planning to contract execution.
